About the Role:

The CNC Machine Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by setting up, operating, and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components. This position requires a strong attention to detail to ensure that all products meet exact specifications and quality standards. The operator will interpret technical drawings and blueprints to program machines accurately and make necessary adjustments during production runs. Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Set up CNC machines by loading materials, installing tools, and inputting programming instructions based on engineering drawings.
• Operate CNC machinery to manufacture parts according to precise specifications and tolerances.
• Monitor machine operations continuously to detect malfunctions or deviations and make real-time adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
