This is a people-focused role involving sales, customer service, account management, and customer retention. No previous experience is required — all training is provided .

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Assist with customer retention and account growth
• Present products and services to potential customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
